This week we’re going to dive into a rarity at meditative.dev and do a single forty-five minute guided meditation where we practice and see the relationship between two aspects of concentration: meta-awareness and letting go. We’ll sharpen both of these in the first half of the session and then we’ll use our new shiny concentration-powered flashlight to investigate sensations of the self in the second part.
