This book is full of great descriptions, helpful tips and diagrams. I favour the more insight heavy methods outlined in Ingram’s book, such as noting, but I’d recommend reading this anyways.Mahasi Sayadaw’s classic short book on noting. Awakening with Love by Lama John Makransky
The book reveals a deep and layered perspective on the Metta (Loving-Kindness) practice with exercises and meditation instructions, in 6 chapters building upon each other. These video series are complementary to the book.
