Live Group Meditation Sessions
To get access to our live sessions you need to join our mailing list, you can always easily unsubscribe again if it turns out to be not what you’re looking for.
Sessions with Teodora every week
Tuesdays 8-9pm CET/CEST
The format is generally:
- 8:00 Join the zoom call.
- 8:05 After brief hellos and greeting each
other, we do a 10-15 minute meditation to settle in and build concentration.
- 8:20 Then we check in about our practice over the past week and ask the group any meditation related questions we may have.
- 8:40 Around the 40 minute mark, we then do a longer meditation which is normally 20/25 minutes long.
- 9:00 The session officially ends, but often people stay an extra 30 minutes longer to hang out, talk and get into deeper chats.
This format can change depending on the week, but this is the general idea.
