In the second session of the 3 Characteristics Month, we will be exploring anattā – Non-Self, using the framework of Open Awareness as our foundation.
We will take on two features of our experience stemming from the sense of self, or what can also be described or felt as agent, observer, originator, experiencer.
In the session, we will inquire into the perceived origin of phenomena arising in our mind and investigate the source and locus of attention in our felt experience.
