The sessions will be hybrid, available in-person for anyone at the Monash Centre of Consciousness and Contemplative Studies (M3CS) and online for everyone else.<\/p><p><strong>General format:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Preparatory (concentration) meditation (~20 min)<\/li><li>Go over any questions or comments (~5 min)<\/li><li>Meditation focused on investigating that week\u2019s sense gate. (~20min)<\/li><li>Time for people to share how the meditation went for them (anyone can freely opt out of talking about their experience if they wish), in a group of max 3-4 people (5-10 min)<\/li><li>Final 5-10 min discussion<\/li><\/ul><p>To start we\u2019ll do <strong>hearing<\/strong> (August 1st), <strong>feeling<\/strong> (August 15th), <strong>seeing<\/strong> (August 29th) and then <strong>mental (inner) imagery<\/strong> (September 12th). After that depending on interest we may continue into <strong>proprioception<\/strong>, <strong>mental (inner) hearing<\/strong> and beyond.
