(There are videos one can look up which demonstrate this &#8211; not that I recommend throwing babies in pools).<br \/><br \/>For the most part, Shawn and I are quite technical when it comes to how we give guidance in meditation. But what if you put more faith in the student to figure it out for themselves? Their pedagogical style is incredibly confusing at first due to its non-explicit instructions. However, there is a wisdom in their seeming madness.
